No — the saltwater pool is typically open early May through early October, weather dependent. The hot tub is available year-round. Pool heating outside the normal season requires 72 hours' notice and is billed based on actual propane usage.
Maximum occupancy is 13 guests — a limit tied to the property's septic system. The gravel driveway comfortably fits up to 10 vehicles.
No pets are permitted anywhere on the property, and no parties or events are allowed without prior host approval. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside or within 25 feet of the house or pool.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors.
